This policy applies to the United States only. We currently offer delivery within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not support other countries or regions at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

As all products are customized, processing time is 15-20 business days.
E. Shipping Time
We require 7-10 business days to deliver the product.
F. Shipping Methods
This shipping method and shipping policy applies nationwide.
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS or FedEx (7-10 business day transit time).
We use parcels shipped from our international locations (7-10 business day transit time).
G. Shipping and Delivery Estimates
We ship stock orders as soon as possible. This is usually within 15-20 business days from the date of your placement, but there are instances where it may take longer.
If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will be billed within 24 hours. Items are usually shipped within 15-20 business days after we receive payment. If you order multiple items with different shipping destinations, you may receive separate shipments for your order. Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days depending on your destination and carrier.
In the event of force majeure, order processing will be delayed. Nonetheless, we guarantee that your order will be processed quickly, weather permitting.
We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are not damaged, and in the event that a product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately within 3 working days of receipt of the goods. Make a note of any obvious damage and be as specific as possible, this will help us to process your damage claim with the delivery carrier.
H. Address Changes
Once the product leaves the warehouse, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location for your order, please contact us within 5 business days of placing your order.
I. Cancellation
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please see our Refund Policy.
J. Order Tracking
You will receive at least 2 emails for each order you place:
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details. After an item is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your order number, carrier information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and the package tracking number for the shipped item. For the exact location of your shipment, please track your item on the carrier’s official website.
K. Packages damaged in transit
If you find that your parcel has been damaged in transit, if possible, please refuse the parcel and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact our customer service for the next steps.

- We are not responsible for any return shipping charges if the product does not meet your expectations or if you place a wrong order after the order has been shipped.
